Customer Service Representative (Austin, Texas) Industry: Manufacturing
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Austin. The ideal person will have manufacturing customer service experience and be willing to occasionally travel to local client sites with the sales team as needed.
Key Requirements:
Manufacturing customer service experience preferred - specifically service and logistical support
Experience partnering with sales, supply chain and warehouse internal partners
Knowledge of CRM or other business software systems
Travel: Minimal - this is an onsite position with occasional local travel to client sites as needed
