Service Desk Lead (Detroit Metro Area) Industry: Automotive

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Lead to join their team in the Detroit area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing service desk operations, establishing & maintaining service levels / KPIs and navigating change management. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Strong experience leading service desk operations for large organizations

  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation required, ITIL Practice Manager preferred

  • Experience in a managed services and international environment 

  • Travel: This is an onsite position. Flexibility or hybrid options may be available.
