Our client is seeking a Service Desk Lead to join their team in the Detroit area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing service desk operations, establishing & maintaining service levels / KPIs and navigating change management.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience leading service desk operations for large organizations
Certifications: ITIL Foundation required, ITIL Practice Manager preferred
Experience in a managed services and international environment
Travel: This is an onsite position. Flexibility or hybrid options may be available.
