We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist for a 5-month contract in the Grand Rapids area. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users with hardware, software, and network-related concerns. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for IT support.

Job Description:

  • 2+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Office 365, and networking issues

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, Fridays remote
